Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our training programs. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth classroom delivery, faculty coordination, student engagement, attendance management, and overall operational excellence across multiple batches.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing people, processes, and technology while ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom OperationsManage end-to-end classroom operations for all ongoing batches.
- Ensure classes start and end on time and follow the planned schedule.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and participation of students.
- Resolve operational issues during classes and ensure minimal disruption.
- Maintain classroom discipline and learning standards.
Faculty & Trainer Coordination
- Coordinate with trainers regarding schedules, lesson plans, and batch requirements.
- Ensure trainer availability and manage substitutions when required.
- Track trainer performance and gather student feedback.
- Support trainers with classroom resources and operational requirements.
- Student ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for enrolled students.
- Track student attendance, engagement, and progress.
- Identify at-risk students and take proactive actions to improve retention.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and escalations.
Scheduling & Batch Management
- Create and manage batch schedules.
- Coordinate new batch launches and student onboarding.
- Manage classroom capacity, resource allocation, and trainer assignments.
- Ensure smooth transitions between different levels or programs.
- Reporting & AnalyticsMaintain accurate records of attendance, class completion, and student performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track key metrics such as attendance rates, retention, completion rates, and trainer utilization.
- Share insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with admissions, academic, and placement teams to ensure seamless student experience.
- Drive automation and process standardization wherever possible.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must HaveBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in program management, training operations, academic operations, or classroom management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.
