Job Description
The Quality Lead – Aerospace is responsible for ensuring that all products and processes comply with stringent aerospace quality standards such as AS9100. The role involves leading quality assurance and control activities, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement to meet regulatory and customer requirements.Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards like AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements
Conduct internal and external audits and coordinate certification processes
Handle customer complaints, non-conformances, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
Perform root cause analysis using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Why
Monitor manufacturing processes (CNC/VMC machining, assembly, etc.) for quality compliance
