Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Executive to engage with potential clients over calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into site visits and closures. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.


  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project details
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Fix site visits and coordinate with field sales executives
  • Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure conversions
  • Maintain and update CRM with call details and client status
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets


  • Requirements:


  • Proven experience in tele sales / tele calling / inside sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + Hindi/Kannada preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
