Job Description – Real Estate ConsultantCompany: Square Yards
Location: Bengaluru
Role OverviewSquare Yards is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Consultants to drive residential property sales, handle client relationships, and manage end-to-end sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into successful site visits and bookings.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct project presentations and property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in sales/real estate is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work ScheduleWeekly Offs: Monday & Tuesday
