About PropNinjaPropNinja is a fast-growing real estate consulting firm specializing in premium residential projects, pre-launch investments, and high-conversion digital sales. We partner with top developers and focus on closing, not just leads.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager who can build, lead, and close. This role demands strong closing ability, team handling, and deep knowledge of Bangalore real estate—especially pre-launch and investor sales.
- Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & ClosuresDrive monthly sales targets (₹ Cr-level closures)
- Handle high-intent leads from Meta, Google & WhatsApp campaigns
- Convert site visits into bookings
- Personally close high-ticket deals (₹1Cr+)
- 2. Team ManagementLead and manage a team of Sales Executives
- Daily tracking: calls, site visits, bookings
- Conduct morning huddles & performance reviews
- Train team on closing techniques & objection handling
- 3. Lead ManagementWork on CRM to track and optimize funnel:
- Leads → Calls → Visits → Bookings
- Ensure zero lead leakage
- Coordinate with marketing for lead quality improvement
- 4. Builder & Inventory ManagementHandle projects from top developers (pre-launch & ready-to-move)
- Maintain inventory updates, pricing, and offers
- Build strong relationships with builder sales teams
- 5. Strategy & ExecutionPlan weekly sales strategy
- Optimize scripts for calls & site visits
- Improve conversion ratios across funnel
- Key Requirements4–8 years in real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)
- Proven track record of closing ₹5–10 Cr/month
- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Excellent negotiation & closing ability
- Experience in pre-launch / investor sales is a BIG PLUS
- Comfortable with CRM, digital leads, and WhatsApp selling
- Key SkillsClosing mindset (not just follow-ups)

- CompensationFixed Salary: ₹6L – ₹12L (based on experience)
