Job Description
Job Title: Transaction Coordinator – Real Estate
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage the complete transaction lifecycle from Sales Agreement to final registration. This role requires strong coordination, process ownership, and the ability to ensure smooth, fast, and high-quality deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and plan the complete transaction workflow for each deal.
- Educate clients on the end-to-end transaction process.
- Share and explain transaction workflow documents to clients.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation and execution of the Sales Agreement.
- Assist clients with bank loan processing and required documentation.
- Coordinate and manage the property registration process.
- Ensure fast and seamless deal progression with high accuracy.
- Maintain strong process standards and consistent follow-ups.
- Update the PSM team in advance on Sales Agreement and Registration dates.
- Support seller coordination for service fee communication and payment completion.
- Ensure successful deal closure and payment realization for the organization.
Work Structure:
- Primarily office-based role, ensuring a comfortable and professional environment for clients during Sales Agreement discussions.
- Required to visit client locations and client banks for Sales Agreement execution and loan processing support.
- Regular coordination and presence at registration offices as per deal requirements.
- Flexible weekly off on Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday, depending on agreement and registration schedules.
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 to ₹25,000 per month
- Incentives: 2% on generated revenue
Who Should Apply:
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, real estate transactions, or similar roles.
- Candidates from documentation handling or post-sales operations roles are also encouraged to apply.
- Individuals with high attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
- People who can manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Note: Freshers are welcome. If you have strong dedication and a growth mindset, we will train you end-to-end. However, you must be ready to learn fast, execute fast, and put in extra effort to quickly adapt and perform at the level of experienced professionals.

Location:
- Work Location: Whitefield & Soukya Road, Bangalore.
