Job Title: Front Office Receptionist & Admin
Location: Bangalore / Koramangala
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist & Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, calls, office coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office administration.
- Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office files, documents, and records systematically
- Support HR/Admin activities such as employee attendance, onboarding coordination, and documentation
- Ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning of the front office area
- Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and MIS updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements
- Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle calls, visitors, and office administration efficiently
- Kannada and English communication preferred (additional languages are an advantage)
- Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- 1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Administration preferred
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage front office and administrative responsibilities independently
