Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Manage the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of the organization.
  3. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  4. Handle visitor registrations and maintain visitor logs and records.
  5. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  6. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  7. Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding company services and departments.
  8. Maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas in a clean and organized condition.
  9. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  10. Coordinate with internal departments for visitor management and office support requirements.
  11. Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of company and visitor information.
  14. Support office administration activities and perform other duties assigned by management.


Working Hours


  • Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays: Full Working Day
  • 2nd and 4th Saturdays: Holiday
  • Sunday: Weekly Off
