Relationship Executive

Product & Policy Understanding

• Understand various loan products including Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home

Loans, Mortgage/LAP, Vehicle Loans, Agri Loans, and other financial products.

• Learn lender policies, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and internal

workflows.

• Stay updated on product guidelines and approval requirements.

Customer Relationship & Onboarding

• Connect with customers to understand their financial requirements.

• Assist customers in identifying suitable loan products.

• Explain loan process, eligibility, and documentation clearly.

• Act as the single point of contact from onboarding to fulfilment.

Document Collection & Verification

• Collect KYC, income proof, bank statements, and supporting documents.

• Verify document completeness and accuracy.

• Follow up for pending documents and clarifications.

Internal Processing Coordination

• Coordinate with the internal Login/Processing Team.

• Share customer information and required documents accurately.

• Follow up internally for application progress and fulfilment updates.

• Ensure smooth movement of files till completion.

Customer Assistance & Follow-Up

• Provide timely updates to customers.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Maintain strong customer relationships.

• Escalate unresolved issues to managers when necessary.
