Job Description
Position DetailsRole: Relationship Manager
- Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
- Salary: INR 20,000 fixed + performance-linked incentives up to INR 21,000(for Fresher’s)
- If anyone has experience in inside sales, the salary can be up to ₹30,000 fixed, based on the interview. A minimum of 6 months’ experience is required
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Acquire new customers through outbound calls, understand their financial needs, and pitch relevant products and services.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Enhance revenue by recommending premium and additional products to existing clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong customer relationships and provide insights into stock and commodity markets.
