Job Description

Relationship Manager – Gold Loan (Appraisal)

Location: Bangalore Region

Experience: 1 – 4 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand) + Incentives upto 30,000 + TA


  • Job Role:Gold appraisal (purity, weight & valuation)
  • Handle gold loan process (KYC, disbursement, closure)
  • Manage walk-in customers & build relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Handle renewals & customer queries
  • Requirements:Experience in Gold Loan Appraisal (NBFC/Bank/Fintech)
  • Knowledge of Touchstone/XRF testing
  • Good communication & sales skills
