Job Description
Lead Generation & Sales: Drive direct sales by identifying prospective clients through cold calling, field visits, builder referrals, and channel partners.Product Advisory: Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and processing fees to customers.Loan Processing: Oversee the loan application lifecycle—from collecting and verifying customer documents to coordinating with credit and legal teams for smooth disbursement.Cross-Selling: Pitch and cross-sell supplementary products like life/general insurance, credit cards, and fixed deposits.Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners (e.g., real estate brokers, developers) to ensure repeat business and secure referral leads.Compliance & Reporting: Complete accurate documentation, maintain strict audit compliance, and submit regular performance metrics to management
