Job Description

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily restaurant operations smoothly

Handle staff (stewards, chefs, helpers) and ensure proper coordination

Maintain high standards of customer service

Resolve customer complaints professionally

Monitor inventory, stock, and ordering

Ensure hygiene and cleanliness as per standards

Maintain billing, cash handling, and daily reports

Train and guide team members for better performance..


🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years experience as Restaurant Manager

Good leadership and team handling skills

Basic knowledge of billing software/POS

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Ability to work in fast-paced environment
