Job Summary
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers in selecting eyewear, understanding their vision needs, and achieving store sales targets. The role includes product demonstrations, billing support, and maintaining store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
Recommend suitable eyeglass frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Explain lens options, coatings, and ongoing offers.
Conduct basic eye pre-screening (after training, if applicable).
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments.
Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product displays.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow company SOPs and maintain accurate sales records.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English and local language)

Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends
