Retail Sales Executive

Your responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience by actively engaging with customers

throughout their shopping journey.

• Act as an ambassador of the brand by sharing knowledge about products and

services with customers and colleagues.

• Support customers across different touchpoints, ensuring a seamless omnichannel

experience.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the product range and contribute to offering complete

and sustainable home furnishing solutions.

• Ensure the store is well-presented, fully stocked, and range presentation is up to

date.

• Contribute to high product availability by supporting fulfilment processes, stock

accuracy, and timely deliveries.

• Use systems and tools effectively to support efficient goods flow and operations.

• Work across different functions (Sales, Customer Relations, Food, or Logistics)

based on business needs.

• Follow store routines and working methods to maximize efficiency at the customer

meeting point.

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by adhering to

health, safety, and compliance standards.
