Retail Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities – Cycle Republic (HSR Layout) Sales Associate

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting the right bicycles and accessories based on their needs, usage, and budget
• Drive in-store sales by explaining product features, upselling accessories, and closing transactions effectively
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock counts, inward/outward entries, and SKU tracking
• Receive, unpack, and stock incoming cycle boxes and accessories; ensure proper storage and display on the shop floor
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Coordinate with the service team to log incoming service cycles, capture customer requirements, and ensure smooth handovers
• Provide basic guidance to customers on cycle usage, maintenance, and care
• Support content creation initiatives by assisting in shooting photos/videos of cycles, customers, and in-store activities
• Help with social media efforts by suggesting content ideas, participating in reels, and showcasing products
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving inventory and communicate restocking needs
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale support professionally
