Job Description

Winton is hiring a Sales Executive to handle showroom walk-ins, convert leads into sales, and deliver a strong customer experience. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining products clearly, and closing deals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and explain products
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Maintain product knowledge (materials, pricing, features)
  • Handle billing coordination and basic documentation
  • Follow up with leads via phone/WhatsApp
  • Maintain showroom presentation and display standards
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for delivery updates.
