Job Description
Retail Staff at The Organic World are responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, and promoting organic and healthy products. The role focuses on maintaining store standards, assisting customers, handling billing, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet customers and assist them with product enquiries.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage of organic and natural items.
- Ensure a friendly, respectful, and helpful shopping experience.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when required.
- Sales & BillingHandle billing processes using POS systems.
- Manage cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately.
- Inform customers about offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Store OperationsStock shelves neatly and ensure correct pricing and labeling.
- Monitor product freshness, quality, and expiry dates.
- Assist with inventory stocking, checking, and replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Visual Merchandising & ComplianceFollow visual merchandising and display guidelines.
- Adhere to FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Follow company SOPs and loss-prevention practices.
- Skills & CompetenciesCustomer-focused with good communication
