Retail Store Manager

Role Overview -Take charge of the Uni Seoul store in Bangalore and set the tone for what great retail looks like. This role goes beyond managing a store — you’ll be responsible for driving sales, building a strong team, and creating a high-energy, customer-first environment that reflects the brand’s identity.

What You’ll Do

• Launch & Build: Lead the store setup from the ground up — from team hiring to creating a strong, performance-driven culture on the floor.

• Drive Sales Performance: Own store targets and ensure consistent achievement through daily planning, team motivation, and sharp execution.

• Deliver Exceptional Experience: Create a space where every customer interaction feels engaging, seamless, and aligned with the Uni Seoul brand.

• Build & Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a team that is energetic, customer-focused, and driven to perform.

• Own Store Operations: Manage inventory, stock movement, visual merchandising standards, and SOP adherence with precision.

• Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent Uni Seoul in Bangalore — ensuring the store reflects the brand’s style, culture, and overall experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in retail/store management, preferably in high-footfall lifestyle or fashion brands.

• Proven ability to drive sales and manage store performance effectively.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.

• Good understanding of store operations, inventory management, and VM standards.

• A high ownership mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment and handling new store setups.
