Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a background in the sanitaryware and tile industry to play a vital role in closing sales, managing client relationships, and working closely with architects and project managers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the construction sector’s dynamics. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Closing: Engage with potential clients (contractors, architects, and project managers) to close sales deals, ensuring alignment with their specific construction project needs. Meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationships. Regularly check in with existing clients to identify new sales opportunities.
Collaboration with Architects & Project Managers: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, project managers, and key decision-makers within construction projects. Attend project meetings to discuss product requirements, and timelines, and ensure product offerings align with project specifications.
Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting how the company’s products and services meet the needs of their construction projects.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of all client interactions in CRM software.
Product Knowledge & Consulting: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, providing technical guidance and consultation to clients and stakeholders regarding their project needs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the construction industry.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry, including an understanding of construction project timelines, client needs, and the products and services commonly used in the sector.
Sales Skills: Strong experience in closing sales, managing client accounts, and meeting sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with architects, project managers, and contractors.
Presentation Skills: Proficient in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations tailored to construction industry clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
