Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and communication-driven Sales Coordinator who can manage inbound leads, convert enquiries, and support the franchise sales pipeline.

This role sits at the front line of our business, handling customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to order confirmation.

• Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & ConversionHandle inbound leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, and social media
• Respond quickly with accurate information and pricing
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain lead tracking and follow-up system
• 2. Customer CommunicationAct as the first point of contact for all customer queries
• Explain services like GST boards, signage, branding solutions clearly
• Build trust and ensure a professional brand experience
• 3. Sales CoordinationCoordinate between design, production, and site teams
• Share requirements clearly and track progress
• Ensure timelines are met and customers are updated
• 4. Quotation & DocumentationPrepare basic quotations and share with clients
• Maintain order records and documentation
• Support billing and payment follow-ups
• 5. Franchise SupportAssist in handling franchise enquiries
• Support onboarding coordination for new franchise partners
• Ensure standardized communication across franchise locations
• Required SkillsStrong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi/Tamil (preferred)
• Confident in handling calls and WhatsApp conversations professionally
• Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
• Good coordination and multitasking ability
• Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools
• Preferred Background1–3 years experience in sales coordination / telecalling / customer handling
• Experience in signage, branding, printing, or related industry is a plus
