Job Description

  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable car models.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and generate leads.
  • Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
  • Update customer details and sales activities in CRM/software.
  • Stay updated about new car models, competitors, and market trends.
  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure proper documentation for booking and delivery processes.
