Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the transport company by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring regular vehicle bookings to maximize revenue.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and approach potential clients such as factories, warehouses, distributors, and businesses requiring transportation services

Generate leads and convert them into long-term transport contracts

Promote company services like full-load, part-load, and on-demand vehicle services

Coordinate with operations team for vehicle placement and timely service

Negotiate freight rates and finalize deals with customers

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Track market rates, competitor activity, and customer requirements

Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to management
