Job Description
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers across assigned industries.
● Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other
channels.
● Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
● Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.
● Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and
conversion rates.
● Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to meetings booked, qualified
opportunities, and pipeline generation.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Required Qualifications
● 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or
Lead Generation.
● Prior experience in SaaS, software products, B2B technology, IT services, cloud
solutions, or related industries.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
