Your Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Technical Consulting: Understand client requirements and propose 3D printing/prototyping solutions.
- Sales Pipeline: Schedule virtual demos and meetings for the technical team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM (leads, follow-ups, and deal stages).
- Closing: Prepare professional quotations and follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and lead conversion goals.
Candidate Requirements:-
Experience: 0–3 years in Inside Sales or B2B Sales (Mechanical/Tech background is a huge plus).
Skills: Strong negotiation and "closing" mindset.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools Zoho.
Education: Graduate/MBA (Mechanical or Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred.
