Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive from the interior design industry to manage client relationships and convert qualified leads into successful projects. All leads will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility is to understand client requirements, coordinate with the design team, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-generated leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their design requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Conduct client meetings, virtual consultations, and site visits when required.
- Present design concepts, materials, finishes, and project proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and project timelines.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Ensure a smooth client experience from inquiry to project handover.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, modular interiors, or fit-out sales.
- Proven experience in client handling, sales conversion, and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, modular furniture, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed salary + attractive performance incentives.
Note: Only candidates with prior experience in the interior design or modular interiors industry will be considered. Lead generation is not part of this role, as qualified leads will be provided by the company.
