Business Development Officer – Field Sales (Gold Loan & Mortgage Loan)
📍 Locations: Bangalore
🔹 Job Summary:
We are hiring Business Development Officers (BDO) for a leading Bank to drive sales of Gold Loan and Mortgage Loan products. This is a field sales role focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Gold Loan and Mortgage Loan
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Build relationships with customers and local businesses
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Handle customer documentation and onboarding
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 10+2 / Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
- Experience: Minimum 6 months sales experience (BFSI preferred)
- Age: 21–30 years
🔹 Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Tamil preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Willingness for field work
🔹 Salary & Benefits:
- ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA + Incentives
