Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance of Home Loan and LAP products through DSA channel.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including number of files sanctioned, revenue generated, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with DSA partners, understand their needs, and provide support to drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in home finance industry (housing loan/home loans/HL/LAP/Loan Against Property).
- Strong understanding of housing finance concepts and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
