Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives.
  • Set clear team goals and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.

3. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the management of key accounts and develop retention strategies.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Create and present sales performance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support the sales cycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
