Job Description

Shubham Decor Furnishing is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

  • ResponsibilitiesGenerate showroom and field sales.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furnishing solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the installation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and follow up on enquiries.
  • Requirements2–5 years of experience in retail, interior, furniture, or home furnishing sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
