Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Drive sales and business development across various Army Regiments and defense establishments within Bangalore.
Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with defense personnel to understand their insurance needs.
Premium Collection: Proactively follow up with existing customers to ensure timely premium payments and policy persistence.
Field Operations: Conduct daily on-site visits and meetings (100% field-based role).
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years of mandatory sales experience (Insurance background is a major plus).
Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory to communicate effectively with personnel from various regions.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel.
Mindset: A strong hunger for growth and a result-oriented approach to hitting targets.
Incentives: Uncapped, heavy performance-linked bonuses based on sales targets.
📍Location: Bangalore (Ejipura + RT Nagar) (On-site/Field).
Ideal Profile: Someone who is disciplined, respects the defence ecosystem, and is motivated by a high-earning potential through incentives.
