Sales Promoter

Bag Industry Sales Promoter is responsible for driving the sale of bags and related accessories by engaging with customers, highlighting product features, and creating a positive brand experience in retail stores, at trade shows, or other promotional events.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales: Approach and interact with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable bag products (e.g., travel luggage, backpacks, business cases).

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the features, benefits, and specifications of the brand's products to answer questions and address concerns effectively.

Demonstration & Presentation: Conduct product demonstrations (e.g., showcasing durability, unique compartments, smart features) and deliver persuasive sales pitches to influence purchasing decisions.

Visual Merchandising: Set up and maintain attractive product displays, booths, or stands to capture customer attention and ensure products are well-organized and stocked.

Target Achievement: Work towards and achieve daily or weekly sales targets and quotas set by the company.

Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and market insights (e.g., on preferences, trends, competitor activities) and report these to the sales and marketing teams.

Relationship Building: Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
