Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and facilities management.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Manage office budgets, procurement, and inventory control.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Organize and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments.
- Assist in personal tasks and errands as required by the executive.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Secretarial Practice/Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary/Executive Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
