Senior HR Executive

Job Functions

Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding processes

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders for hiring activities

Travel to branch offices, job fairs, colleges, and vendor locations as required

Conduct employee engagement activities and HR events

Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns professionally

Support performance management and training initiatives

Maintain HR records, compliance documents, and MIS reports

Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements

Represent the company during external meetings and recruitment drives

Build strong interpersonal relationships across teams and locations

Office Administration including House Keeping

• Extroverted and confident personality with strong networking ability
• Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment and coordination activities
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
