Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Team Handling)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with team handling experience to lead recruitment activities while supporting HR operations and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and Boolean search techniques.

Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.

Support HR operations, including employee on boarding, documentation, attendance tracking, and employee record management.

Assist in HR compliance activities and ensure adherence to company policies and labour regulations.

Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.

Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR-related reports, MIS, and performance metrics.

Support employer branding activities, job fairs, and recruitment drives.
