• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet customers entering the branch.
• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the correct counter or officer.
• Help customers use digital banking services such as:
• YONO SBI
• Internet Banking
• Mobile Banking
• ATM/CDM/Kiosk services
• Assist customers in filling forms and basic banking procedures.
• Manage customer queues and ensure smooth branch operations.
• Promote digital banking adoption and create awareness about cyber safety.
• Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to bank officials.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment in the branch.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills (English and local language).
• Customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Preferred QualificationGraduate (any discipline).
• Experience in customer service, sales, banking, or front-office roles is preferred.
• Working HoursGenerally aligned with SBI branch timings (approximately 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM), though timings may vary depending on the branch or employer.
• SalaryVaries depending on the outsourcing agency and location.
• Typically ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, with possible incentives depending on the contract.
