Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Retail Store Executive for our men’s wear clothing store. The candidate should be able to manage day-to-day store operations, assist customers, maintain inventory, and help increase sales while keeping the store organized and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store on time
- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the store
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service
- Handle sales and billing efficiently
- Monitor and manage stock & inventory
- Arrange products properly and maintain displays
- Keep track of fast-moving and low-stock items
- Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements
- Ensure smooth daily store operations
- Maintain discipline and professionalism in the store
Requirements:
- Basic communication and customer handling skills
- Interest in fashion and retail sales
- Ability to manage store responsibilities independently
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
