Job Description
2. Customer Experience
- Service Excellence: Provide a warm, professional welcome and assist customers throughout their journey, ensuring a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Product Demonstration: Conduct live demos of product features and benefits, effectively handling objections with confidence.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, escalating to management only when necessary.
3. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on the floor, coordinate replenishment from the stockroom, and assist in periodic inventory audits.
- Store Upkeep: Ensure the sales floor, displays, and trial rooms are clean, organized, and aligned with brand visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
