Job Description
As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products within the showroom, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience by understanding their needs and guiding them through the purchase process.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Understand customers' requirements and provide product information accordingly.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Sales and Target Achievement:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Actively promote products to drive sales and upsell where possible.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, discounts, and promotions.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the features and specifications of the products on display.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge among showroom staff.
Customer Service:
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
- Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional displays.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in showroom sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
