Job Description

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products within the showroom, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience by understanding their needs and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
  • Understand customers' requirements and provide product information accordingly.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Actively promote products to drive sales and upsell where possible.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, discounts, and promotions.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the features and specifications of the products on display.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge among showroom staff.

Customer Service:

  • Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional displays.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide insights and feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall organizational goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in showroom sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
