Job Title: Site Civil Engineer (Residential Construction)

Location: North Bengaluru (Site-based role)

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Site Civil Engineer who will handle:
- Day-to-day site coordination
- Technical supervision
- Quality checks at every stage of construction
This role is critical to ensure zero errors, smooth execution, and high-quality delivery.
- Key Responsibilities Site Coordination, Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, labor, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and schedule
- Maintain smooth communication between site and office
- Technical Supervision Verify center line marking, footing, column positions (Total Station preferred)
- Check levels, alignment, and dimensions at all stages
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, blockwork, plastering, etc.
- Quality Control ChecksConduct stage-wise quality checks:
- Excavation
- Footing & PCC
- Reinforcement & shuttering
- Roof slab (bar bending, electrical, staircase checks)
- Blockwork & plastering
- Ensure material quality meets standards
- Site Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily site reports with progress updates
- Track material usage and site requirements
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material supply
Client Interaction (Basic)Support site visits with clients
- Explain work progress when required
- Skills Required Strong understanding of residential construction process
- Basic knowledge of:
- RCC work
- Bar bending
- Blockwork & plastering
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings
- Good communication skills (Kannada + basic English preferred)
- Problem-solving attitude on site
- Qualification Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
