Job Description
We’re looking for an SEO & Social Media Marketing Specialist who can drive two critical growth engines for HireInfinity Consulting LLP: organic search visibility and social media presence. You’ll work closely with our Content Writer, Sales Team, and Marketing Leadership to strengthen brand authority, generate inbound opportunities, and expand digital reach.
Core Responsibilities:
Keyword Strategy & Research:
- Own keyword research across informational, navigational, and commercial intent clusters relevant to recruitment, consulting, HR solutions, and the startup ecosystem
- Build and maintain a keyword map aligned with HireInfinity’s content calendar, service pages, and landing pages
- Identify content gaps and growth opportunities through competitor analysis, SERP audits, and industry trend monitoring
On-Page & Technical SEO:
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for target keywords, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and structured data
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits covering page speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability
- Collaborate with content and development teams to improve search performance and user experience
Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Develop and execute a backlink acquisition strategy through outreach, guest posting, partnerships, and PR opportunities
- Track domain authority growth and identify high-value linking opportunities within HR, consulting, startup, and business ecosystems
- Build relationships with industry publications, communities, and digital platforms to improve online visibility
SEO Performance Reporting:
- Monitor and report on organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Present monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights, opportunities, and strategic next steps
Social Media Strategy & Brand Presence:
- Own and manage HireInfinity Consulting LLP’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with campaigns, hiring initiatives, industry trends, and thought leadership content
- Maintain a strong, professional, and credible brand voice across all platforms
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, content trends, platform innovations, and best practices to maximize engagement
Content Calendar & Publishing:
- Build and manage a monthly content calendar in collaboration with the Content Writer and Marketing Team
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar platforms
- Repurpose SEO-driven content into platform-native formats such as LinkedIn posts, carousels, short-form videos, infographics, and quote creatives
Community Engagement & Brand Interaction:
- Engage actively with comments, DMs, and mentions to build a responsive and trustworthy brand presence
- Monitor competitor activity, industry discussions, and market conversations to identify timely content and engagement opportunities
Creator, Influencer & Industry Outreach:
- Identify HR influencers, startup founders, recruiters, business leaders, and niche creators aligned with HireInfinity’s target audience
- Manage outreach, coordinate collaborations, negotiate deliverables, and oversee partnership execution
- Track campaign performance using defined KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Define, track, and report key social media KPIs including follower growth, reach, engagement rate, clicks, profile visits, and conversions
- Present monthly performance dashboards with strategic recommendations for improvement
- Conduct A/B testing on formats, captions, creatives, and posting schedules to optimize performance
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, or integrated digital marketing roles
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate with writers, leadership, influencers, and external partners
- Self-driven professional capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong understanding of the startup, recruitment, HR, consulting, and B2B content landscape
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certifications in SEO (Google, SEMrush, HubSpot) and/or Social Media Marketing are a strong advantage
