Store Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Store Manager who can take complete responsibility for running the hardware store. This is a hands-on role where you will manage sales, billing, inventory, customer service, and overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle in-store sales and guide customers with product selection

● Manage billing, cash counter, and daily accounts

● Maintain inventory records and ensure timely product entry

● Demonstrate products and explain features to customers

● Follow up with customers on calls for repeat business

● Supervise packing, delivery, and helper’s tasks

● Open and close the store daily, ensuring security and smooth operations

● Take ownership of the store end-to-end Qualifications:

● Education: PUC, Diploma, ITI, B.Com, BBA, BBM or equivalent

● Experience: 2 to 5 years preferred in retail, hardware, or store management

● Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (must be able to communicate fluently with customers)

● Strong communication and customer handling skills

● Ability to multitask and manage operations independently

● Knowledge of sanitary, plumbing, and hardware products is an advantage

● Responsible, trustworthy, and willing to take complete ownership

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
