Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and self-driven System Administrator to independently manage and resolve all IT-related issues at our client location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining infrastructure, and delivering timely technical support to end users.
AI Tools Knowledge (Preferred):
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and automation tools (e.g., chatbots, workflow automation tools)
- Ability to leverage AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, and efficiency improvements
- Awareness of emerging AI technologies in IT operations (AIOps)
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Self-driven and able to work independently at client locations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and user support skills
