Job Description

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical servers (Tally, file storage, backup), desktops, laptops, and all floor systems

Manage and troubleshoot networking devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Monitor cloud platforms (Gmail, hosting, cloud storage) and coordinate with vendors for website and email issues, Oversee installation and maintenance of printers and network printers across all departments.

Perform regular data backups for Tally and other critical systems ensuring data integrity and availability
