Shift-Day Shift

Salary:

• Freshers (0–6 Months): ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

• 1 to 2 Years Experience: ₹20,000+ (Based on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source candidates through job portals and references

• Screen and shortlist suitable profiles

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database

• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated

• Target-oriented mindset

• Experience in bulk hiring, mass hiring, or BPO hiring is an added advantage
