HR Recruiter

Mahanta Ethnic is hiring an HR Executive for its Corporate Office in Basavanagudi.

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive candidate who can handle recruitment, employee coordination, and daily HR operations efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced fashion and retail environment.

Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination

Post job openings on Apna, Indeed, and other hiring platforms

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Handle employee coordination and daily HR activities

Support management with hiring and administrative tasks

Maintain professional communication with candidates and employees

Requirements :

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

3 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
