JOB DESCRIPTION

Eligibility                -  Graduation or Post Graduation (Related Field)

Industry Type        -  KPO / BPO / IT / ITES

Job Timing            -  9:00 AM to 6:00PM

Eligibilities - 

• Only male graduates with 0 to 1 year of relevant experience are eligible
• Must strong knowledge of computers
• Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Age should be between 21 and 27 years
• Must be willing to work from the office
• Roles and Responsibilities-Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
• Source candidates through various channels and post job openings on job portals.
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings.
• Manage the campus recruitment process and build strong relationships with colleges and recruitment partners.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate the selection process, and close positions in line with organizational needs.
• Onboarding & Employee Management
• Manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
• Maintain and regularly update the employee database.
• Handle attendance tracking and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate leave records and manage related processes.
• Exit & Compliance
• Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements for outgoing employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and labor laws.
• Address employee queries related to salary, leaves, attendance, transfers, and other HR matters.

Skills Required –

• Strong knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance is a plus.

Salary & Remuneration:-

Monthly CTC Offered: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 26,000/-

Yearly CTC Offered: Rs. 3LPA to 3.1LPA.

Benefits: ESI, PF, Yearly Bonus, Gratuity,  OT etc.
