Recruitment Manager

📝 Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment practices.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, job fairs, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
• Implement and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• 2+ years Manufacturing Industry Recruitment experience is mandatory
• Proven track record of successful hiring across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
