Job Description
Perform accurate and timely data entry of daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into Tally Prime / ERP 9.
Process and generate customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and vendor vouchers.
Perform bank reconciliations and verify ledger accounts on a regular basis.
Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting documents (bills, receipts, invoices).
Assist in tracking outstanding vendor payments and client dues.
[Optional but recommended] Help generate E-Way bills and compile basic data for GST/TDS filing.
