Team Member

A QSR Team Member is responsible for preparing food, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth, fast dining experience. This role requires teamwork, speed, and a customer-first attitude.

• Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Handle cash, card, or digital payments
• Resolve basic customer complaints politely
• Food Preparation Prepare food items according to company standards
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Order Handling Assemble and pack orders quickly and correctly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely deliver
• Manage dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
• Cleanliness & Maintenance Keep workstations, dining area, and kitchen clean
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Dispose of waste properly
• TeamworkWork closely with other team members and supervisors
• Support during busy hours or peak shifts
• Follow instructions from shift managers 
• Required Skills Good communication and basic English/local language skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Qualifications Minimum: High school (10th/12th pass)
• Prior experience in hospitality/food service is a plus (not always required)
